Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors or masters, or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or a foreign-trained equivalent by date of hire.

Benefits

$15,000 sign-on bonus
Competitive base salary + annual manager bonus
Student Loan Assistance up to $350/month (eligibility rules apply)
Continuing Education of up to $1,200/year reimbursement
Drive Time compensation may be available based on travel requirements
Flexible Schedule- four days 7-4 and one day 9-6
