About The Position

Integrative Therapies (iT) is seeking a leadership-oriented Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for their multi-disciplinary practice. This role involves managing a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, a licensed counselor, a certified dietitian, personal trainers, and licensed massage therapists. The Clinic Director will not only manage their own patient schedule but also work with ownership to grow the practice through community and patient engagement. iT emphasizes a unique model that connects physical therapy with mental, nutritional, and personal training support for long-term patient health, differentiating itself from traditional corporate physical therapy clinics. The company has a 25-year proven model and is looking for someone to help implement its vision for future growth.

Requirements

NC Licensed Physical Therapist
2+ years of experience or proven managerial experience
Desire to lead

Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership for a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Manage a patient schedule.
Work with growth-oriented ownership to grow the practice.
Oversee a scope of care that connects physical therapy with mental, nutritional, and personal training support.
Ensure the PT-driven practice seamlessly connects patients to necessary support services.
Refine processes.
Mentor staff through quarterly 1-on-1s.
Impact strategic goals for 2026 using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
Create and maintain a motivating environment where the team can thrive.
