Physical Therapist - Clinic Director
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network and in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas, is seeking an experienced and licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director for a brand-new outpatient orthopedic clinic in Elizabethtown, KY, opening in September 2026. This leadership role offers the opportunity to advance your career while focusing on exceptional patient care, developing clinicians, and fostering a positive, high-performing clinic culture. The position involves direct patient care, overseeing clinic operations, building referral relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the clinic. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
- Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Passion for developing others required

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs

- Competitive Clinic Director salary: $90,000 - $100,000+ per year
