We are growing quickly and actively seeking a dedicated Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to join our team immediately at our Bower Hill location! We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic professional who is passionate about building a long-term career in an orthopedic private practice. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful patient relationships and is committed to helping individuals and their families reach their health and wellness goals through high-quality physical therapy care.

Requirements

Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in State of Pennsylvania
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
A person who can meet the physical demand level of the position.

Responsibilities

Evaluating patient’s
Timely preparation of a written plan of care and daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR system, WebPT
Documenting PQRS and functional outcomes as required by our payors
Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff
Tracking established clinic metrics
Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice
Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice
Being a pro-active member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise
Helping to foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction
