About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director for their newly established Elizabethtown, KY location. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a clinic from the ground up while maintaining an active clinical role. The Clinic Director will shape clinic operations, mentor and develop clinicians, build community relationships, and foster a positive, high-performing culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes. The outpatient orthopedic practice supports a wide range of patient needs, including orthopedics, manual therapy, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, and occupational rehabilitation. This position is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist looking to advance their leadership career and make a lasting impact on a growing practice.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent)
Active / pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
Passion for developing others required

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
