Physical Therapist - Clinic Director
About The Position
Results Physiotherapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Clinic Director for a brand-new outpatient clinic in Sienna, Houston, TX, opening in October 2026. This leadership opportunity allows for career advancement while focusing on exceptional patient care, clinician development, and fostering a positive clinic culture. The role involves leading a team, providing direct patient care, overseeing clinic operations, and building community relationships. Upstream Rehabilitation offers a national network with local clinic feel, handling administrative tasks to allow focus on patients, team, and clinic success. They are a leader in clinical outcomes with over 1,200 clinics across 26 brand partners, utilizing data, technology, and innovative tools to reduce administrative burden and support leadership success.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
- Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling
- Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners
- Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth
- Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
