As the Clinic Director, you aren’t just managing your own patient schedule, you will work with growth-oriented ownership and through our community and patient base to help grow this practice. You will also provide on-site leadership for a diverse team of "A-players," including physical therapists, licensed counselor, certified dietitian, personal trainers and licensed massage therapists. Requirements

  • NC Licensed Physical Therapist (2+ years or proven managerial experience).
  • Desire to lead.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own patient schedule.
  • Work with growth-oriented ownership to grow the practice through community and patient base.
  • Provide on-site leadership for a diverse team of physical therapists, licensed counselors, certified dietitians, personal trainers, and licensed massage therapists.
  • Oversee a scope of care that connects physical therapy with mental, nutritional, and personal training support.
  • Ensure the PT-driven practice seamlessly connects patients to necessary support for long-term health.
  • Refine processes.
  • Mentor staff through quarterly 1-on-1s.
  • Impact strategic goals using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
  • Create and maintain a motivating environment where the team can thrive.
