About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is opening a new outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Cosby Village Square in Chesterfield, Virginia in October. This Clinic Director position offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while advancing your career. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients
Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy
Lead clinical and non-clinical team in values-driven team environment
