About The Position

Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Center Manager for their Woodcliff Lake location. This full-time position involves managing and supervising services at the assigned center, utilizing a diverse knowledge base for patient treatment and staff development, and fostering team dynamics for efficient facility operations. The Center Manager will also be involved in community outreach to grow the business, and will be responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifying key performance indicators and influencing them. Regular communication with the Regional Director regarding clinical and operational performance updates is expected.

Requirements

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.
• Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required.
