About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time Skyview | Wallingford, CT $33–$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA at Skyview. You'll work with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them build the strength and movement skills needed for daily activities.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Clear communication and accurate documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy according to the supervising PT's treatment plan
- Help residents practice walking, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Adjust activities within the care plan to match residents' tolerance
- Report changes in mobility or performance to the Physical Therapist
- Document sessions and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
