About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an outpatient setting in Little Falls, MN. This role offers a great work-life balance and flexibility in hours, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN positions. The PTA will work with higher functioning residents in an assisted living, independent living, or outpatient clinic setting within a lovely community. The position emphasizes patient-centered care, allowing PTAs to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while enjoying schedule flexibility. The role also involves marketing the clinic, self-scheduling, and working independently. New graduates are welcomed.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends.
• Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Improve the lives of seniors.
