Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Ortho

US Physical TherapyLower Paxton Township, PA
$24 - $25Onsite

About The Position

Ready to be the MVP of patient outcomes and clinic productivity? As a Physical Therapist Assistant on our team, you'll be the secret sauce behind our patients' success stories. We set the bar high—think 60 visits per week (averaging 12 per day)—but we do it with purpose and passion for comprehensive care. We're hunting for a "Humble Learner" with seriously impressive technical chops. You'll nail your assessments, deploy scientifically-backed treatment techniques that actually work (and get reimbursed!), and communicate like a pro. Here's the fun part: you'll translate complex clinical jargon into plain English that makes patients go "Oh, I get it now!" while keeping physicians and healthcare buddies in the loop with sharp, professional communication. We love people who are curious, quick learners, and genuinely excited about staying on the cutting edge of care. Culture isn't just a buzzword at Madden & Gilbert—it's everything. We want teammates whose energy is infectious, who bring positivity to the clinic, and who make everyone around them better. You're someone who digs in, works hard (sometimes long hours), and refuses to settle for anything less than excellence. We operate with total honesty and integrity—no shortcuts, ever—and we expect you to earn the trust and respect of your patients and peers. And here's what really matters: genuine empathy. When a patient isn't progressing, it should keep you up at night. You should be fired up about cracking the code and helping them crush their goals. If you're a lifelong learner obsessed with the "why" behind PT, fascinated by healthcare business, and committed to your own growth, we want to hear from you. We thrive in a collaborative environment where you'll team up with peers and supervisors to create winning dynamics. Ready to put patients and team first while performing at the absolute peak of the profession? Apply now and join us in leading the charge in natural healing!
