About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current Missouri PTA license (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, long-term care, geriatric therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, balance training, fall prevention, mobility training, functional independence, and patient-centered care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Help patients improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and families to achieve the best outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company standards.
