About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position at The Traditions – Clearfork in Fort Worth, TX. This role is based in an on-site outpatient clinic serving residents in an Independent and Assisted Living community . This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care and professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)
- Current (or eligible for) Texas PTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
