About The Position
This is a 13-week assignment for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at $50 per hour. PAM Health cares for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across over 80 hospital locations nationwide. The role involves direct patient care, planning and implementing treatment programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist, and contributing to the further development of services. Flexibility to meet system needs across various facilities is required.
Requirements
- PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
- Current BLS certification required
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care
- Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy in the PAM Health System
