About The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity for a 13-week assignment supporting physical rehabilitation services. The PTA initiates exercise as referred by a healthcare provider to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Colorado or compact license
- Required BLS
Responsibilities
- Initiate prescribed exercises for physical rehabilitation services.
- Support restoration of function and relief of pain under Physical Therapist supervision
- Help prevent disability through assigned rehabilitation interventions
