We are looking for passionate Physical Therapist Assistant who loves working in outpatient orthopedics but is tired of the double bookings and long hours. This is a Full Time, Physical Therapist Assistant opportunity with full and competitive benefits. The details: Dynamic patient caseload at the Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Aspen Ridge Outpatient Clinic consists primarily of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Beautiful gyms with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies 1:1 patient treatment Highly personalized and patient-centered care Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends and no holidays Monday / Wednesday 7am - 3:30pm and Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9am-5:30pm
Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Maryland
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
- One (1) year of outpatient experience preferred but would also consider New Graduates with strong orthopedic clinicals
- One (1) year of orthopedic and manual therapy experience or strong orthopedic clinicals
- Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services
- Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
