Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Georgia (or in the final stages of licensure)
Interest in professional growth, leadership, and clinic development
Self-motivated clinician who takes pride in patient outcomes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Desire to help create a high-performing, patient-centered clinic culture

Nice To Haves

Pelvic health experience or interest is a plus

Responsibilities

Implementing treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
Providing high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising PT
Helping shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
Ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Collaborating with team members to support clinic growth
Educating patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
Building strong relationships with patients to support successful outcomes
