Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We work together as the provider of home health therapy services for Accent Care Home Health, a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Provide home health therapy services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians.
- Deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the Clinical Excellence Academy for mentorship, advanced training, and certifications.
- Engage in virtual educational series.
