About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Lake Mary, FL Hourly Pay: $27–$35 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends) FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lake Mary, Florida is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for a supportive team environment, strong mentorship, and long-term growth in an established outpatient setting. We welcome new graduate PTAs as well as experienced clinicians and tailor support based on experience level.
Requirements
- Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program graduate
- Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in outpatient orthopedic and balance-based care
Responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Treat patients with a variety of conditions including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
- Educate patients on exercises and home programs
- Document treatments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and clinic staff
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience
