About The Position
Mountain View Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help support the rehabilitation and well-being of our residents. If you’re passionate about providing high-quality care and looking for a rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with residents in a post-acute care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy interventions and exercises to residents.
- Monitor, document, and report resident progress to the Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and families on proper use of equipment and at-home exercises.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments provided.
