About The Position
Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join their Ferndale clinic. This role involves working under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, guide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. The clinic is a therapist-owned outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties, emphasizing high-quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Washington State PTA license (or license-eligible)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
- Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging clinical environment
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care
