About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care within a luxury Senior Living community in Paris. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents. H2 Health is a clinician-led organization with over 200 locations across 11 states, committed to supporting career growth and providing exceptional patient care through an interdisciplinary team approach.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active or eligible state license to practice.
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care within a senior living community.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy opportunities.
- Act as a provider and an extension of the communities served.
