About The Position
COASTherapy is seeking an energetic and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time opportunity at their outpatient clinic in Huntington Beach, California. As a therapist-owned and led clinic, part of a collaborative supergroup of private practices, they foster a "together we’re better" philosophy. This means you'll be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about patients and each other, working in an environment where leadership is comprised of practicing PTs, keeping the focus on helping patients live healthier, stronger, and better lives.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Compliance with Comprehensive Compliance Plan (CCP).
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
