Aquacare | Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a PT-owned private practice, is seeking a passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing Lewes Delaware team. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient care, mentorship, and a supportive culture, distinguishing itself from high-volume, corporate-style care. The practice has been delivering premier outpatient physical therapy services across Maryland and Delaware for over 26 years, committed to helping clinicians specialize and grow professionally through mentorship and continuing education.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Delaware
• New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
• Passion for 1:1 patient care

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 orthopedic-focused care
• Be involved in treatment/not just evaluations and re-evaluations
• Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and techs
• Engage in mentorship, CE, and specialty track development
