About The Position

Premier Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a fun, supportive, and dynamic outpatient setting. This opportunity is at their therapist-owned and led clinic in North Richland Hills, TX, known for its strong, collaborative team culture and dedication to patient care. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, an uncapped Clinical Incentive Bonus Program, and comprehensive, company-paid benefits with no paycheck deductions for medical, life, or disability insurance. The generous PTO policy allows employees to work 11 months and be paid for 12.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current state Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance.
  • Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
  • Guarding lift loads of 120-140 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
