Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited program with a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure or in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
- CPR Certification
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Home Health
- Excellent organizational skills to facilitate program development
Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks from the care plan
- Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes
- Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals
