About The Position
A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care in a focused, professional setting. This role is ideal for a PTA who enjoys helping patients carry out treatment plans, improve movement, and make progress toward daily function. You will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and assist patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and hands-on treatment.
Requirements
- Active Florida PTA License
- Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
- Good communication and patient interaction skills
- Interest in orthopedic outpatient care
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Assist with mobility, strength, balance, and movement training
- Monitor patient response during treatment sessions
- Report progress, concerns, or changes to the supervising PT
- Educate patients on proper exercise form and home program follow-through
- Document treatment sessions clearly and on time
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic space
