About The Position
Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Bay County and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility, independence, and the ability to increase earnings while providing meaningful one-on-one care. The coverage area includes Bay County and surrounding areas, with territories designed to minimize drive time through clustered scheduling. The position utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time, allowing clinicians to spend more time with patients. The company provides structured onboarding, mentorship, a preceptorship program, ongoing clinical training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on therapeutic care following the plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
- Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
