About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Northeast Naples, Florida is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. This is a full-time role in an outpatient orthopedic clinic that averages 12 visits per day, utilizing AI-assisted documentation and offering monthly bonus opportunities. The clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes, distinguishing it from high-volume therapy mills.

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• New graduates welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
• Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
