About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing outpatient team in East Ft. Myers. This opportunity is ideal for PTAs who are passionate about hands-on patient care, professional development, and working in a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality outcomes. FYZICAL provides support, training, and resources for both experienced PTAs and new graduates seeking mentorship and growth.

Requirements

• Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery progression
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
