Requirements
- Current Ohio PTA license or eligible for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Follow individualized plans of care and document patient progress
- Work collaboratively with PTs and the interdisciplinary team
- Build positive relationships with patients and families
