Requirements

Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant License
Current CPR Certification
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on therapy in the comfort of patients' homes
Collaborate with physical therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and progress
