About The Position

Deliver specialized physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to execute customized care plans that meet individual patient goals. Document care journeys with precision to support treatment continuity and accurate medical records. Guide physical therapy aides and students to foster a safe, high-quality, and efficient clinical environment.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
