Requirements

• Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility.
• Ability to work one-on-one with patients for the entire session.
• Willingness to work from a plan of care established by an evaluating physical therapist.
• Ability to document patient care.
• New graduates start with a reduced caseload that builds over the first three months.
• Weekly one-on-ones with clinic director for new graduates.
• A named mentor and scheduled weekly meetings for new graduates.
• Case review with clinical leadership for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Treat and work directly with patients.
• Deliver hands-on care through the whole session.
• Work from the plan of care with the evaluating physical therapist close at hand.
• Document patient care using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
• Collaborate with supervising physical therapists, including structured check-ins on shared patients.
• Participate in specialization tracks such as aquatic therapy, lymphedema treatment, balance and vestibular work, neurologic rehabilitation, or sports rehabilitation.

• $27 to $35 per hour, depending on experience
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
