About The Position
Join our outpatient rehab team as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to daily activities. You’ll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized care for orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Ideal for both experienced PTAs and new grads, this role offers the opportunity to build strong patient relationships and make a meaningful impact every day.
Requirements
- An Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current state Physical Therapist Assistance license
- Current BCLS (AHA) Certificate upon hire and maintain current

- Healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient treatment environment
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities
- Monitor and document patient progress in EMR
- Educate patients on home exercise programs (HEP)
- Support orthopedic and post-surgical rehab care plans
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/CMS and clinic protocols
