About The Position
As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Responsibilities
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
- Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
- Collaborate and mentor with teammates.
- Pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military.
- Engage with the Clinical Career Ladder to get incentivized for clinical accomplishments.
- Participate in the internal travel program.
- Explore opportunities to open your own clinic(s) with equity.
- Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs, two partnered with HSS.
