About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Rock Hill is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join their growing outpatient clinic. This full-time position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to be part of building a high-quality clinic. It is suitable for new graduates or those with experience, providing a supportive environment for professional growth. The role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, carrying out individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload focused on functional outcomes, and assisting with therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and balance training. The PTA will also track patient progress, communicate updates to the PT, complete documentation, and educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness, all while contributing to a collaborative clinic culture.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina
• New grads welcome and encouraged to apply
• Interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and balance therapy—we will train you!
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
