Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic rehab environment

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function
Perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery goals
Accurately document all treatments in the EMR system
Contribute to discharge planning and overall patient outcomes
