About The Position
Provides in-home Physical Therapy Services according to an established Plan of Care.
Requirements
- Graduate of two (2) year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Two (2) years experience as Physical Therapist Assistant and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as PTA after December 31, 1977.)
- Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position.
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant active in the State of Missouri.
- Active Driver's License
