About The Position
Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is seeking passionate Float Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for their modern outpatient orthopedic setting. This position offers the opportunity to treat patients across multiple clinic locations in Bowling Green, KY. They are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN Float PTAs who are dedicated to helping patients recover movement and return to their desired activities. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)
- Active / pending Kentucky PTA license (or eligibility)
Responsibilities
- Provide float coverage across multiple (2-3) clinic locations in Bowling Green
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
- Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs
