As a leading provider of in-home pediatric therapy services, we help children build strength, confidence, and independence while supporting families every step of the way. We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about working with children and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available to help you grow your skills and confidence in pediatric care.
Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Compassionate, energetic, and child-centered approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Support children in improving strength, coordination, mobility, and participation in daily activities
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and fellow clinicians to support carryover and progress
- Celebrate progress and contribute to positive therapy experiences for every child
