About The Position
LTC Therapy Services is hiring a PTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll provide hands-on care for residents in a skilled nursing setting, helping them build on each therapy session as they work toward safer movement and greater independence.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Strong observation, teamwork, and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Lead exercises and mobility activities suited to residents' goals
- Help residents practice walking and transfers with appropriate assistive devices
- Monitor activity tolerance and communicate changes to the PT
- Complete treatment notes and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
