About The Position
A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Briny Breezes, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient treatment and progress. This role is hands-on, active, and centered on helping patients complete therapy plans that improve movement, function, and independence. The clinic maintains a patient volume of 2 patients per hour, allowing the PTA to stay present and involved during treatment.
Requirements
- FL PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
- Ability to work well with PTs and clinical staff
- Professional communication style

Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment activities directed by the Physical Therapist
- Assist with therapeutic exercise, functional strengthening, and mobility training
- Help patients improve balance, coordination, range of motion, and activity tolerance
- Watch patient response and report updates to the PT
- Support patient education and home program review
- Prepare equipment and treatment spaces
- Complete daily documentation accurately
- Contribute to a positive patient experience
