About The Position

Trailpoint Village is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the ASC Therapies and Wellness team. The role focuses on promoting residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff. The PTA works with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care. A structured nine-month mentorship program is available to support skill development and clinical expertise.

Requirements

• Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

• Supportive presence, leadership, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being using clinical skills.
