Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Location: Portsmouth, NH Full-Time / Part-Time Opportunities Available Join a Team That Makes a Difference Interim HealthCare - New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will work under the direction of licensed physical therapists to help patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence in the comfort of their homes and communities. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) program
Current New Hampshire PTA license or certification in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care

Nice To Haves

Home health experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments to patients
Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising physical therapist
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
Educate patients and family members on therapy goals, exercises, and home care techniques
Support patients with compassionate, respectful, and professional care
