About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide 1:1 patient care within a luxury Senior Living community in Boulder. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing clinicians to provide care within a community setting and be part of an interdisciplinary team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active or eligible state license to practice.
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care within a senior living community.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy opportunities.
- Act as an extension of the communities served, advocating for patients.
