About The Position
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Autumn Lake @ Voorhees West Voorhees, NJ $34–$38/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care and working closely with a collaborative rehab team.
Requirements
- Current PTA license
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Guide residents through exercise programs, gait training, and functional activities
- Assist with positioning, transfers, and use of assistive devices
- Monitor patient response and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, and families to support care plans
