About The Position

The Clinton Presbyterian Community, a nonprofit senior living organization and part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for its in-house therapy team. This role offers flexible PRN opportunities within a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical quality, collaboration, and meaningful relationships. As an in-house therapist, you will work directly for the community, not an outside contract company, with reasonable productivity expectations and clinical autonomy. You will have the chance to build lasting connections with residents, families, and colleagues while helping older adults regain independence, maintain mobility, and improve their quality of life. The role involves treating residents across various levels of service, including those recovering from hospitalization or surgery, managing chronic conditions, or working to maintain functional independence. Opportunities include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, residential living, outpatient therapy, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, gait training, balance and fall prevention, functional mobility, strengthening, endurance, skilled maintenance therapy, and chronic condition management. The continuing care environment allows for building relationships, supporting transitions, and observing the long-term impact of care.
