About The Position

One to One Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our care team at Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas! At One to One Health, we prioritize personalized, high-quality care that advances the health and well-being of the communities we serve. This role is central to delivering patient-centered rehabilitation services as part of a collaborative care team. The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, support functional recovery, and improve patient outcomes. The position requires strong clinical awareness, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based practice in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships while upholding high standards of clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, functional mobility training, and manual techniques within scope of practice.
  • Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment and report progress, concerns, or changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises, safety techniques, and wellness strategies as directed by the Physical Therapist.
  • Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment and ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to support coordinated patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.
